Description
The VIBROCONTROL 950/960 are single-channel online vibration monitoring devices. They provide effective protection for machinery fitted with rolling bearings against damage caused, for example, by imbalance or misalignment, which can be detected by analysing vibration patterns. The devices are ideally suited for monitoring plant auxiliary equipment such as fans, blowers, pumps, decanters, separators and mills. (For the monitoring of critical and high-speed machinery, we recommend our VC-8000 machine protection system).
The VIBROCONTROL 950 operates with constant-current-supply (CCS) acceleration sensors; the VIBROCONTROL 960, on the other hand, uses velocity sensors to collect vibration data. Both devices are mounted on a DIN rail inside equipment cabinets. A field enclosure is available as an optional extra. Both devices come with user software that makes installation and commissioning easy and flexible.

Compact Analyzer software (for trend and vibration analysis): Free software that allows measurement data to be downloaded from the device. It enables, amongst other things, the analysis of total values, waveforms and spectra, as well as the easy identification of vibration sources.
