Get started with effective predictive maintenance through machinery condition monitoring using the Adash A4900 Vibrio M device. This compact device combines the functions of a vibration meter, an analyser and data collection, making it the perfect solution for launching an industrial condition monitoring programme.

  • Expert System: Automatic machine fault detection and diagnostics. The device automatically identifies the most common problems, such as imbalance, looseness, misalignment and bearing condition (FASIT tool).
  • Plug-and-play operation: Measurements are pre-defined, enabling immediate use without complex configuration.
  • Versatile Measurements: Measures total vibration values (RMS and Peak) for velocity, acceleration and displacement in accordance with ISO 20816 standards.
  • Advanced Analysis: Includes FFT spectrum analysis and time waveform display for accurate vibration diagnostics.
  • Integrated Thermometer: Non-contact infrared temperature measurement (-70 °C – +380 °C).
  • Additional Features: The device also features an LED stroboscope, a built-in stethoscope for listening to machine noises, and an LED torch.
  • Free DDS software: Includes free DDS (Digital Diagnostics System) software for data collection, analysis and monitoring of vibration trends.
