The Adash A3800 is a flexible and scalable online system for continuous condition monitoring of machinery, making it ideal for critical and hard-to-reach equipment. The A3800 monitors vibration and process parameters 24/7, providing immediate alerts in the event of anomalies. The system’s modular design allows for the configuration of up to 16 synchronous measurement channels in a single housing, making it a cost-effective and easily expandable solution for industrial condition monitoring needs.

  • Continuous online monitoring: Measures vibration, temperature and other process parameters in real time without interruption.
  • Modular and Scalable: The system starts with 4 vibration channels and can be expanded to 8, 12 or even 16 synchronous channels in a single enclosure, offering flexibility as the project grows.
  • Precise Diagnostics: Each channel provides comprehensive analyses, including two RMS values, two peak values, a vibration time waveform and an FFT spectrum.
  • Automatic Analysis: Includes the FASIT expert system (Fault Source Identification Tool), which automatically analyses spectra and identifies the most common faults, such as bearing faults, imbalance and misalignment.
  • Integration: Supports the OPC UA protocol, enabling easy integration with other industrial control systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC).
  • Alerts: Multi-level alerts (warning and danger) for RMS values and spectrum ranges. Automatic data recording upon the triggering of alerts.
  • Software: Uses DDS (Digital Diagnostics System) software for data visualisation, trend analysis and reporting.
